Scarlet Heaven Itoh Peony is one of the best red Itoh peonies around. Its huge, plentiful flowers have deep scarlet petals and golden-yellow anthers. It adds brilliance to any late spring garden or fresh floral arrangement. Grows into a dense, rounded plant only 2 to 3 feet tall and about as wide. Its 7 to 9 inch wide flowers are borne on strong, non-flopping stems atop handsome foliage that stays attractive all season. Expect more than 50 blooms over a 6 week period from late spring into midsummer. Adaptable to heat and cold.
