Off the Shoulder is a later spring show stopper. The two colors of white and purple contrast each other beautifully. Each bloom has a nice slight fragrance and, sits on top of sturdy stems reaching up to 35 inches tall. Plants spread up to 24 inches wide and tolerate most soils, if they are well drained.
