Ralph Shugert Vinca is a wonderful groundcover with multiple attributes that make it a standout in any partial to full shade area. White and green variegated foliage that sports intese blue funnel shaped, single flowers that emerge in late spring into fall. A low growing vinca, it reaches up to 6 inches tall and 8 inches wide in 5 years. Hardy in USDA zones 4 to 8.
