Hello, I left the one star review above and contacted spports affield, they directed me to replace the batteries which i did and they said call back in a few days, i called back and they said probably a faulty circuit board and that it happens. They then said go ahead and return it to the store(lowes) to get another and then the guy hung up. Also to note his tone was rude and extrremely sarcastic, i am considering returning all of my three drop down and my 1 17 gun safe a well over $1000 purchas...
I bought 3 of these. l
The first one i installed hangs up and wont open. not sure why, but i have to use the key which works everytime, but the biometric fails to release. I have one pistol px4 storm in the safe. Cant rely on the biometric in an emergency. Once it fails ot is impossible to open without the key.
