Tried to charge the battery and it would not charge. Red charging light stayed on even after 2 days. Tried calling customer service on the information sheet and I could never get to customer service. They want me to look at $100 rebate offer. Tried emailing and the email address was not valid.

I purchased this product and like so many other reviewers have said, it just stops working. Fully charged but won’t turn on and no response from the company when I asked about either a replacement or a new battery. I’ve used this less than 10 times, what a waste. I have dewalt and craftsman drills that are easily 10 to 15 years old that work like a charm, not this one... sad....

Stopped working in reverse. stopped working period. threw it in the garbage can, heard a noise about 10 minutes later it was running on its one in the garbage can. Wife said it was possessed. hahahah. Now it wont shut off. ADD THIS TO A LONG LIST OF PRODUCTS THAT BROKE DOWN FROM LOWES. HAD TO STOP SHOPPING THERE. $3,000 refrigerator, 13 months. 2 weed trimmers. 4 heavy duty water hoses. 5 water hose nozzles. Pressure washer, 2 push mowers, riding lawnmower 6 times. Best design on the market for the price. Quality needs improvement. I have owned 3. They do not last past 2 years of regular use. Battery or chargers fails to function. Waiting for quality improvement before buying a new one.

Received this as a xmas gift one year ago. After using this tool maybe half dozen times the battery failed to recharge after one year. Don't believe the what you read. The indicator light indicates that it's charging but isn't. Warranty claims 2 year replacement but excludes battery.
