Ordered as a desk top and very pleased. Arrived early, well packaged and not damaged. We were able to easily cut a few inches off to fit the space. Very pleased!

Solid piece of butcher block. Finish is nice.
Used this to make a temporary desk. It's big, beautiful, and solid. Got an amazing deal in the open box section of my local Lowes. Can't wait to repurpose it in the future. Looks like it will stand up to some decent use/abuse.

Very good quality countertop with good packaging. The only complaint would be it was not perfectly flat and cupped with 1/8 to 1/16 inch valley depth on short edge. Was not noticeable visually, so kept it.

Very soft - easily marred.
This wood is very soft and marks easily, unlike most teak. There are dings and marks after a single week of normal use. It is too soft for this purpose.
