Voltage rating for NM-B cable is 600 volts
Copper conductors are annealed (soft) copper

Lowes backed out of sale
This was on sale today. I purchased it at the sale price for delivery. Then I get a response, sorry out of stock. I look again now and it's in-stock and I can order but at a much higher price. Basically they just didn't want to honor the sale price. Quite dishonest!
