The Ever White Agapanthus is a popular new perennial from the Southern Living Plant Collection. It produces bright white flower clusters that emerge in spring and rebloom into summer. Its early flowering coupled with its reblooming nature makes this one of the most prolific bloomers that 1 can plant. Additionally, it will expand into clumps of numerous plants. Each 1 capable of producing its own flower stalks. These clumps can expand to 2 ft. W, so you can imagine the huge amount of flowers that they're capable of producing. Plant them in front of hedges, in foundation plantings, as accents in mixed garden beds or in container plantings. They're hardy from USDA Zones 8 to 11 and grow best from Full Sun to Partial Shade (we recommend 3 or more hours of direct sun). They prefer rich garden soil with good drainage and should be watered 3 to 4 times per week for the first growing season. Fertilize in early spring with a light application of balanced slow-release fertilizer. These Ever White Agapanthus plants are well-established in 2.5 qt. (#1) pots. They will tend to be 5 in. tall to 9 in. tall with a wider spread and they are not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival.
