SoftTouch 4 -Count 1-13/16-in Clear Plastic Furniture Coaster

4-Pack of 1-13/16 inch Clear Smooth Caster Cups

I really wanted to buy a 1 3/4 inch clear caster cup to install on my patio furniture. Since Lowe's did not have them I settled for these ones. I glued them to the metal legs of my patio set and they are performing as I expected. I just painted the wood deck and wanted to prevent scratches on the deck. So far, there are no scratches. I am happy with this purchase and product.

Disappointed

Probably fine for floors but I tried to combine these with the spiked casters for carpet since they didn't have any spiked cups. Would really like to have these cups with the spikes again. Had them before and they lasted a long time. New carpet, threw the old ones away and now wish I hadn't. Not all furniture has a flat bottom foot...mine have wheels, round ends and square ends. Please make the square and round "cups" WITH the spikes again.

Clear Smooth Caster Cups

Purchased these to put under the legs of furniture to protect my hardwood floors. Once I opened the package an realized they were plastic, I returned them to the store.

Simple and Useful

I'm using these as load-spreaders for the dining room table legs on a new carpet. They seem to be working well. Technically, I'm not using them under casters but the effect is the same -- protect the carpet from a concentrated wear point. These caster cups are tough and non-flexible. They seem to be doing the job.

Not What We Wanted

We wanted casters to keep a bed from sliding across the floor. These looked like they would work. But they are hard plastic and slide as much as the bed did before we got them.

Smooth Caster Cups

I needed something to fit the legs of a metal bed so it would not mar my tile floors. These casters fit and are great because they will not slide unless the bed is pushed really, really hard. That is exactly what I was looking for - something to protect my floors and not allow the bed to be pushed around too easily!
