No SDS screws were included!

Even though a bag of 10 SDS screws is required to be attached to each post base, only 3 of the 8 post bases had SDS screws. I spent hours trying to get Lowe's to replace them, both online and over the phone, but Lowe's was COMPLETELY uncooperative, and instead simply transferred me to Simpson Strong Ties, who also couldn't believe Lowe's was not standing behind their product. Lowe's no longer has ANY regard for its customers. They really are the worst.
