Nice range with great price

I love the lights behind the knobs, however the graphics on the panel behind them came off rather quickly using just a sponge & microfiber cloth. Be very careful cleaning that area!

Arrived broken and no warranty

Opened the box and the cast iron grate was broken. Called Sharp and they blamed Lowes, even though the box was undamaged and unopened. The grates are separately boxed and sealed inside the box for the range. Lowes tried to tell me that I could buy a part at applianceparts.lowes.com but there are no parts available there for any Sharp products and told me to contact Sharp. Sharp won't replace it, says it was "inspected" before being delivered to Lowes even though it was double boxed and completel...

Had this Stove 6 months, Main control panel had to be replaced. Sharp warranty calls do not go through Lowes you go directly to Sharp. It took 1 week to get a service provider out to look at it and 3 more weeks to get the part and install it. Unacceptable

Poor customer service

Sharp refused to provide me with the propane conversion kit that was missing. The appliance is useless without it.

Piece of Junk

I have owned my stovetop for less than 9 months. I clean it each night after using it for dinner. The paint on the top has worn off in multiple places. I contacted Sharp and was told it was my fault for not cleaning my stovetop. They said I let food sit there and rot the paint on top. I didn't do this and it was an assumption on their part. Defective stove hot front panel and knobs

We pruchased this range from Lowe's because of the brand. After a week, I actually used the range for about 3 hours, after which I noticed the front panel and the knobs became very hot. We contacted Lowe's only to be told their policy has changed and we only had 48 hours to replace the unit. They suggested contacting Sharp. That has also been an ordeal!
