SharkBite dual shut off valves are typically used on stub-outs coming out of the wall or through-floor. Used to independently control and shut-off water flow to the fixture for maintenance and repair. Innovative design with 1/2-in PEX barb inlet and two 3/8-in OD compression outlets make for quick installation and quarter-turn full-port brass ball valve makes for easy operation. The SharkBite 1/2-in barb end can be connected to PEX pipe using copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamps. The 3/8-in compression outlet with the supplied ferrule and compression nut, can be used with 3/8-in O.D. pipe or 3/8-in supply line.
