I've owned this for less than two years. It's started leaking on the floor when not in use. I've checked to make sure everything is connected properly. Not sure how it's leaking. Going to have to throw it out.

Only worked once
I use this one time and it worked great. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and still would not work the second time I tried using it. For me, anyway, it's a piece of junk unless you only want to use it one time.

I got this yesterday and used it the same day! All I can say is this is magic! I put away our rug a year ago bc of pets. They were urinating on it and I wasn't going to keep it out and have them pee on it repeatedly. Well, the rug looks amazing now. Please don't judge us because the initial picture I took is how nasty the rug truly is. (I didn't think it was that bad until we rolled it out to see and clean it up!)
