All exposed materials are manufactured with the highest quality UV resistant window grade vinyl. Base and cap widths are 1.5-in and 3.5-in with a standard 96-in length. Recommended screen spline is 0.175-in for fiberglass screening and 0.160-in for aluminum. Standard cap colors are white, beige, gray and brown. Pre punched slots are on 8-in centers. The patented Screen Tight system allows the use of larger openings because the spline grips the screen around the entire perimeter of the opening. Screen Tight can accommodate openings up to 40 sq. Feet.
