I bought this to help trim some branches in my driveway. It worked great. Cut like a hot knife through butter. It was a little heavy when extended all the way but nothing I couldn’t handle. Very well worth the money and the quality is outstanding.

The One Star is for Lowe's ability to fulfill an online order. Fun Fact - sadly, they can't Ordered on June 19th. Today is August 8th. Still has not shipped. Unbelievable. MyLow chat - they can't do anything. Customer support never replied to emails.

I ordered a pole SAW and received a random Pruner they don't even sale at Lowe's and instead of sending me the item I ordered intentionally for shipping they want to be smart butt and say they'll try to correct the mistake once they receive the item back. Welll the pruner doesn't cost half of what I just paid them for a pole saw!! sooo they actually owe me money for my inconvenience, time , and difference in item price! And gas having to drive 40 miles to fix their mistake just to get my freaki...
