Was sent the wrong product, returned it, spoke with support to ask the expedite the correct one, it was sent regular delivery and was still the wrong handle. Reached out to support but they never replied. Returned it again and will now avoid shopping at Lowe’s.

Unable to open door after 2 years
Right around the 2-year mark, slightly before, our lock started acting up. It would spin and spin after entering the code and then eventually lock or unlock. Now it shows the green light of the correct code, and spins until it times out. We can no longer unlock our front door AT ALL and have to go through the garage. Would NOT recommend it.

Not worth the money
I bought this product in February 2023. It only worked properly for a few months before the outside turning mechanism stopped working. Meaning I could not lock or unlock the door from the outside. I bought the Lowes warranty, and they did nothing to help get it replaced. Instead, the said I had to call Schlage. So that warranty was a wasted $49.97. Schlage did send me a replacement. Now it has only been about 7 months and that replacement has stopped working as well. The exact same problem....
