Wifi and Bluetooth connect not great

We have starlink internet and had multiple issues with the deadbolt not being able to connect to the internet thus not allowing us to key in our code to get into our home and having to use the key. I tried to change the connection to bluetooth thinking it was our internet but still had issues with the deadbolt not being able to connect.
