What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this smart lock for effortless installation, intuitive app control, and robust security. Most highlight quick setup requiring no professional help, seamless remote lock/unlock capability, and real-time alerts that eliminate door-locking worries. The ability to create temporary codes for family and guests without sharing keys resonates strongly. Reviewers consistently note sleek design, durable construction, and long-lasting batteries. A few mention occasional Wi-Fi pairing challenges or rare battery drain, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction and repeat purchases.

Good features, bad battery life

Would Not Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install. Works well. Good app connectivity. Battery life is not good and I’m on my second model because of that. Luckily the batteries are easy to replace.

Great lock!

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the new smart lock to go with new for hardware on a new exterior door. The lock is beautiful, installation was easy, and it works great. I especially love that I can monitor the lock's status on my phone and open or lock the door remotely.

Amazing lock with awesome features!

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start? An amazing lock all around. I run 4 furnished rentals and these are the best locks I’ve ever used. They were incredibly easy to install and connected with my WIFI in no time. They’re durable and standup to the rain in the pacific NW. The matte black is sleek and modern and helps enhance my new front doors. Very responsive locks that all my tenants, and myself, have loved.
