I ordered the pictured above door handle set, but received one that had round knobs… not sure where the mix up was, but I will be returning it today and repurchasing the correct set. I should have opened the box before leaving the store… stuff happens?

Easily Reversable Lever Handle

Would Recommend

It is really easy to reverse these handles, depending on whether you need left or right-handed handles. This product is actually correct when it says "universal" handle. I adjusted 8 door handles in about 5 minutes using the little wire tool that comes with it.

Screws too long for 1”3/8 doors

Installed these in matte black on knotty alder 1” 3/8 interior doors, passage handles specifically. Didn’t notice the issue with any privacy or keyed entry handles. I Will say the handles appear to be very durable and don’t feel cheap. Changing the handing goes smoothly as described. I was worried about the matte black paint being delicate and wanting to chip off but appears to be holding up well as it is 2022 and things aren’t made the way they used to be. The handles were sent in a smaller plain box, made me think it was doing to be wrong, but they were the exact ones as found on the shelf. Maybe if all the items came in plain boxes the price would do down a little and that would be a huge help when trying to upgrade homes. Ms Vicki was a great help when my two items weren't together but she stayed on the ball and I walked out with just what I needed.
