This item must be sealed after installation, using a premium penetrating sealer
For commercial installations, as well as exterior installations over 10 ft in height, a polymer modified mortar with a latex additive is strongly recommended

This product is very inexpensive, however they are smaller than 6x12, so you will need to purchase more
