Pay $1700 for a new washer and dryer set. Dryer doesn’t work. Because it was delivered 48 hours after the purchase date, you can no longer return the product and have to go through Samsung. Samsung support is two weeks out from any assistance in Lowe’s doesn’t even remotely care. They already got their money.

One complaint is the dryer, when in eco mode, very often doesn't fully dry the clothes. Don’t waste your money
Right after the year warranty was up the dryer started throwing errors. Cost more to fix it then to buy a new one will never buy another Samsung appliance. A year and 4 months later we bought a Maytag

Just the best.

Overall I'm pleased with it we don't make a lot of money but we purchased it with a tax refund so it's nice to have something new. I hope you guys have luck with yours, ours has not broke down yet. We expect to get at least 10 years out of it.
