Bought to replace prior dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Samsung dryer to replace prior dryer with identical model. Prior Samsung dryer lasted 5 years, so did not meet our expectations. The heater went out and no appliance repair services in our area would work on a Samsung model. However, we still have an operating Samsung washer, so at this time we decided to replace the dryer and stay with Samsung. If our current washer/ dryer combo goes out in the next 5 years, we will change brands.

2 yrs old-end of life, pitiful quality Dryer

I am 64 yrs old and have owned 3 dryers in my lifetime...if you do the math, you know that most washer/dryers last many years. Poor Quality and Very Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected much better quality from this product, but it did not perform as advertised. Within just one month, one unit completely stopped working and had to be replaced. The replacement is also very loud and uncomfortable to use. For the price and the brand’s reputation, I had hoped for something more reliable, but this product fell short. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

Terrible product and customer service.

We contacted Samsung to send out a repair technician who immediately set up a repair date, but no one showed up. Fire started internal to dryer, not lint related

My wife noted a smokey smell from the dryer. Upon inspection, I found a black charred mess inside of the dryer. I don't know what component failed and started a fire. This could have started a major fire in my house, especially when combined with gas. Safety should be overall the greatest concern.

Clean and Sophisticated

Samsung continues to impress me with their appliances. This dryers innovative design and function make it another appliance winner! 1st, the style. The new champagne color is much more stylish than I thought it would be. A breath of fresh are from the typical black or white options. The controls are easily accessible and fairly intuitive to use. Beware of Shattered Glass

It worked great! Until it didn't. Then we were stuck pulling shards of glass out of our still wet clothing since the inner glass on the door shattered within 10 minutes from the start of a cycle. Hot diappointment

I purchase this beautiful set this summer because it seemed like a great value during the Independence promotion that offered a lot of upgraded features. My first flag should have been that after getting it home, the washer would do a 180 turn on wash cycles. We would put in loads and come back down and the machine would have completely turned around. Beautiful and powerful!

The perfect complement to the WF6100 washer! Both the washer and dryer have such a sleek, modern design they almost look as though they should be showcased in my home! And the ice blue LED lighting on the control panels…ohh la la! This dryer has an extra-large capacity at 7.5 cu. ft. however the machine itself is roughly the same size as the washer! The size of the loads it affords me to do is amazing. If you have a lot of laundry that needs to be done, this powerhouse of a dryer is made for you...

Awesome Dryer

Let me start by this review by saying we are very happy the new additions to our laundry room, The Samsung dryer (DVE45R6100C) in champagne. This Samsung washer and dryer set are simply beautiful, my color is champagne stainless steel and let me tell you they look awesome in my laundry room.
