In 2 years, a leak developed which prevents the machine from working. The repair person is unable to fix it because Samsung no longer makes this part. He claims Samsung is known for this. Now I need a new one.
Poor Design and Poor Quality
I got this dishwasher with a new house I bought. With in a few weeks of use it developed a leak because the seal around the drain pump shaft failed likely because of poor installation. Nowhere lists that part so I had to get creative to find a replacement otherwise it was going to be $300+ for a pump assembly. I got it repaired. Worst Dishwasher ever
Do not buy this unless you want it to melt your plastic, leave all your dishes wet and half cleaned. While it does hold items well and the third rack is okay, this dishwasher has repeatedly melted dishwasher safe plastic bowls, cups etc. it's so bad we do not trust plastic on the lower shelf at all. Love it when it actually works
Got this dishwasher in 2019 and with the right soap it washed and dried our dishes very well however we had an ongoing issue with the normal lights blinking it would need to be drained several times and not be able to be used for days at a time.
