Top cover cracked 13 months after purchased

This machine worked fine for nearly two years before the 9C8 error code of death appeared midcycle and rendered it unusable. I contacted support and was told the machine needed a software update which would arrive in the mail on a dongle in 5-7 business days. It's now been 22 business days and it has not arrived. unit failing, unsat warranty service

Purchased for a rental home. After just over 6 months use, the tenant let us know the washer showed code 5c with a weird loud noise, and was not draining. It took a week for warranty service to come. The tech said the problem was the drain pump, but made the tenant handle removing the water in the machine, and then she had to set up another appointment. Broken after 2 years

All of my samsung appliances have broken. This washing machine is a piece of junk. Actual trash. I keep getting a UB (unbalanced) error. Waste of money. Waste of water. DO NOT BUY. I bought this 3 years ago and it begun having problems 2 years in.

I used it a little more than a year and it is dead, it has code 9c8 and I do not receive help from Samsung search the internet and the problem seems to be an update I hope Samsung I sent it even with what to update it. I won't buy this again.

Better Than Impeller, Issues With Smart App

We bought this washer after having an exact model with an impeller, no traditional agitator. We really didn’t like it for all of the reasons the critics list and definitely gave it a fair chance. Dead after 1 year

Not a good washer. Circuit board went bad 1 year later. It has been 28 days and still not fixed by warranty company. I do not feel Samsung is making good products now. Warranty pretty worthless at this point. It costs almost $40 to do laundry each week!

FYI before you buy. Sigh.

This washer is not able to handle a set of queen sheets and a twin fleece blanket at the same time, it will shut off during the spin cycle. It can't handle a queen blanket and a light fleece throw at the same time. This is very frustrating, actually it's infuriating.
