The pipe snapped after the 3rd hit with a hammer. Lodging the pipe threads in the driving cap. Hours of work later, and with the pipe still in the ground, I attempted to get a refund. Lowe’s told me I had to bring it back to the store. It’s in the ground. So poor product and very poor customer service

Not a quality item at all.

Threads were cut eccentrically, so they cracked right off when this point was first driven! Stuck in ground and wasted.

threads broke (second time)

We used the cap and didn't even get it all the way in the ground and the threads broke. This is the second time the treads broke. The end is very weak!

Make sure you order right because it's not their fault if you get it wrong!

Installed this a couple feet from an old point that was getting clogged. Works perfectly.
