H2OPRO Sediment Filter

bought it with the understanding that it would fit a 3/4 inch copper, but now need another adapter.

Cheap plastic garbage

1 year after install, the clear plastic housing sheared off at the threaded connection for the drain line. Filter hadn’t been touched in weeks, but randomly decided to fail at 1AM on a Saturday. Cheap cheap cheap junk. Just install another housing with an actual filter if you need sediment removal( Culligan)

T

Too expensive.

CAREFUL PUTTING IT ON

ITS OK CHEAPLY MADE

Had to reseal

Brand new 30 days later I had to take valve and reseal. Year later filter housing cracked . I did not do anything else since last repair and it never froze. All I can say the martial is too cheap.

Nice strainer

The mesh in this strainer is perfect for protecting well pumps

It leaks

First unit the o ring was completely mangled in assembly from factory, second one...the o ring just doesn't seem thick enough, you have to really really pull it tight and then you usually still get a drip.
