Samples ordered not representative of product installed. Ordered 4 or 5 samples of same product and they are all high quality and density. Actual product installed in home was lower quality, weight, and density than samples. 8 in x 8 in product samples ordered all weigh in at 150 to 151 grams. 8 in x 8 in samples cut from carpet received for install weigh 130 grams. Lowe’s had another batch of carpet produced for replacement. It was of same lower quality, density, and weight of original install...
