Planks lifting year after 1

Had flooring installed by Lowes and 1 4 months later (2 months after installation warranty expired) planks are lifting/moving in no particular area. Don't know what to do short of removing and paying for reinstallation. My poor Mom - 94 years old having to deal with this.

Nice but sliding out of place

Nice but sliding out of place already. Had for over a year, which could be due to installation but I’m not sure. The color goes beautifully with my light gray walls. Really looks great

This flooring looks great in my living room.

Beautiful color

100% waterproof

The price and the installation.

Lowes SUGGESTED that I buy an extra 15% when I originally ordered "because you can always return the unused portion". Flat out lie that wa...
