Just as important as the carpet, which is perfect for our home, the installers went way over and above to fix what could have been a major problem in delivery and installation. The district manager himself and an installer associate came and worked overtime to get our carpet in on the same day as planned, despite the original installer who had car trouble.

Didn’t get what I thought I was getting

Would Not Recommend

I ordered the carpet based off the carpet sample/display. When the carpet arrived and was installed today, it is way lighter than I wanted. I would have bought a darker color. I chose this color based off of what was being represented of it. Later today, I bring in a piece of the new carpet to compare it to what I saw and what I had made my decision on. There is a significant difference. The lady in flooring said it’s because the samples are old and dirty.. cool.. so I made my color choice off ...

Carpet is fine, service was awful

Product is fine. Lowes service getting it installed was terrible. It took three tries, there were missed installation appointments, then we discovered the original carpet we chose was having issues and couldn't be installed, so we had to begin the whole process again. In the end I lost over a month of rent as this was a rental property, and they compensated pennies for the big mess. This was Lowes in Morrisville, NC and the local installer.
