We had Lowes install Style Selections carpeting in our home in February of 2024. We began hearing crunchy noises in our higher traffic areas in late 2024 and filed a warranty claim with Lowe’s in January 2025. According to Lowes, Mohawk took several months to respond to the request, claiming their warranty system was down.
