Great look, great feel, worth it
We’re really happy with this carpet. The color is exactly what we were looking for—neutral but still adds warmth to the room. It feels soft underfoot without being too plush, which makes it perfect for the room we had it installed in. Installation went smoothly and the quality seems excellent so far. It’s holding up well and looks even better in person than expected. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something durable, comfortable, and clean-looking.

Di Nor Buy.... Un-Seamable over 11'x11'
Un-seamable for a room larger than 11x11'. Have had installed twice now over 3 months and back to horrendousinstall. Giving PSG credit they have done all they could with this carpet that in unseamable. Meaning wherever there is a seam it looks like a chain saw went thru the carpet. I have spoken to no less than 15 Lowes reps (never speaking to the same obe twice) promosed calls back, resolution etc but this never happens so call back to explain the last 3 months. called 3 times and it was still wrong
I placed an order on line through Lowes. i used the chat feature and provided the measurements, color, sample number and everything needed. when I got the order confirmation, it said quantity of twelve which seemed completely wrong so I called and talked to customer service and confirmed all of the order details. Avoid this, at least in the lighter colors
What drew me to this carpet was the pattern of darker lines within the lighter main part of the carpet. However, there are spots where the lighter part aren't pulled up as much as in most of the carpet, leaving the darker part to show more. It ends up looking like a bunch of dirty spots on a brand new carpet. I am not pleased.

We onderful carpet
Bought this carpet to replace carpet on my stairs that had been destroyed. The color is perfect. The quality is fantastic. The installation service was superb and the support by everyone concerned with this effort could not have been better.
