What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the realistic woodgrain pattern, wide planks, and waterproof construction, with many noting the flooring transformed their spaces beautifully. However, a substantial group reports serious installation frustrations—the locking system is finicky and narrow, planks frequently pop out or crack, and even experienced installers struggle. Additionally, many find the flooring scratches easily from pet nails, furniture movement, and everyday use, contradicting durability expectations. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the aesthetic appeal and water resistance worthwhile.

Great product

Installed in my kitchen and bathroom. The waterproof feature is very nice and the floor has not scratched yet, which has been good to see how durable it is. We installed underlayment and it is very quiet to walk on.
