Disappointing Warranty
After 10 months the carpet started to wrinkle and we had them come out and stretch it TWICE within one week. The installers said the carpet was bad and needed to be replaced and when we filed a claim they refused it on account that wrinkles weren’t covered. This room has no moisture and the furniture had never been moved. Extremely disappointed. They lost a great and loyal customer after this experience.

We’ve only had the carpet 10 months! Comfortable carpet but I can see faintly where the seams are and the direction of the carpet runs.
