Lowes rep came to our house measured the room ….from that we ordered carpet and paid for it….carpet arrived and was installed …beautiful carpet awesome installer….however there is a perfect 8x10 piece of carpet left over ……no returns on that so I eat the loss per installation customer service …the room is a rectangle , however they have a formula for adding extra carpet for cuts ….no bueno be aware …also the salesman said they would move furniture….when we went tomlay that would cost $99 …no me...

Visible lines in carpet, terrible customer service
I had this carpet installed twice within a 5 month period. Twice it was installed with the EXACT same defect; long, visible lines from one side of the room to the other, all approximately 14 inches apart.

Store Manager Colton at store #0784 ensured me this time my carpet will be installed. It was not!!! This is the second time in 90 days it was not installed. I've far to patient for far to long. I want my carpet install. Is this level of incompetence a Lowe's policy?

Garbage Carpet
Picked out this Carpet thinking it would be durable, boy was I wrong. It was installed in April and shortly after we began to see snags. Not just the occasional snag but constant loops being pulled up all over. We contacted Lowe’s to file a claim. They claimed the manufacturer tested the carpet and that it was not defective and denied our claim.
