Cold-rolled carbon steel wire, heat treated to grade 5 durability and plated with a yellow zinc finish to prevent red rust - Yellow zinc is tested and recognized for use in above ground contact pressure treated lumber for interior dry/damp general construction applications (eg AWPA UC1-UC2).

Disappointed
Very difficult to use. The torx socket is too shallow for the bit to stay seated. It falls off of the bit when using horizontally. The starting threads are not sharp enough. It takes a lot of pressure to get it started in plywood. That with the shallow socket makes it nearly useless. It may be ok for drywall. Am going back to drywall screws.

The Heads are Easily Stripped
When driving the screws into the hardwood face frame of the cabinet, I stripped the heads on the first few screws. Drilling the holes oversized helps.
