Flooring is Great!
Flooring is Great; we have some installed in our house. Easy maintenance. However, if you have to talk with the store by phone it is painful. The AI answer at the store is slow and difficult to deal with. Once I finally got to a live person service level went back to outstanding!

Use this with Lanier
This is same product as the Lanier Hickory. Both are excellent. Only issue is that it has limited number of different planks. By combining Lanier and Hearthside, the flooring looks real, since It is hard to find the same ones. We did have to work at not duplicating these next to each other, but it works great. Since we live in the PNW ( overcast for 2/3 of the year), we went with 4 Hearth and 5 Lanier, combined with light gray walls and white trim.

Great that Hearthside is back in stock
We installed Lanier Hickory in multiple upstairs areas. The problem is that the boards really do not have that much variety. When we did this, I looked for hearthside which lowest did not have in stock. Now, they have both Lanier and Hearthside. We will buy 3/4 Lanier ( lighter ) and 1/4 Hearthside for master and 1/2|1/2 for 2 kid's bedrooms . That SHOULD give a bit more variety while keeping the hickory look going.
