Great product
It was easy to install. The directions were minimal but truly it was not a complicated process. Once the machine was turned on, it made ice relatively fast. By the next morning, there was enough ice to satify our needs. And it was full in less than 24 hours. It runs quietly, is smaller in size than our old one, and is a great upgrade. We would purchase this item again in the future. We give it a 5 star rating. The staff at the store were also helpful when it was ready for pick up.

Great Ice Machine
The product was easy to put together and hook up. And it makes ice every fast and easy
Issue isn't machine, it's with Lowes
Ordered this machine, paid for delivery across the state, received a date it would arrive. I drove 180 miles one way to be there to receive it the day before. That night I got noticed it would be delivered a week later. Unacceptable! Lowes knew days before it wasn't even close to destination. Then to atone they offered a crappy Lowes gift card. I don't want anything else from Lowes! I should make them pick it back up and give me my money back. Furious in Florida

Easy to install and produced us right away.
Exactly what we were looking for and worked perfect.
Broken
Worked well for a couple weeks then the water pump stopped working. The Simzlife website is awful and I could not reach out to anyone to discuss the warranty. There is no info online about this company or replacement parts. Buy one from a company better known in the US

I like that it makes a lot of ice in one day , it was easy to set up. and the delivery guys were the very best. they brought it to the back patio and un boxed it and took all the boxing with them .
