Brand new out of the box and the engine shuts off on its own within seconds of starting. So far has been a useless piece of equipment.

Not for me
Instructions not easy to follow or understand. Not clear which way to set levers. Downloaded many different instructions. Has not started yet after many tries. Pull cord hard to pull. Would send back if I could and buy an electric start.

Shakes real bad
Runs smooth but when you pull the handle to power wash the machine shakes real bad and eventually goes in circles. Of course no repair facilities in my area.
Falling Apart
In the first use the organization bar across the handle fell off. I kept trying to put the screws back in but they wouldn't stay and I gave up. It's very loud which wouldn't be a big deal if the vibrations were so intense that they rattle all the frame screws loose. Now after only having it a month and using on one project the handle is defective. I'll be trying to get replacements via warranty but i would not buy this unit again. Bought because it has a good rating on consumer reports.

This pressure washer is very easy to maneuver around, it's very light. The handle could be longer or higher up. It start's very easy which is nice. It doe's a nice job cleaning, 3100 psi and 2.4 gallons per minute works well to clean my pool deck, driveway, sidewalk, etc. No good way to store the wand and hose though on this machine. The machine won't sit still unless you put it in the grass, it move all over the place otherwise. The rubber bumpers on the bottom leave rubber markcement as it mov...
