Product received in horrible condition - TWICE!!
Ordered the Simpson Pressure Washer on 5/3/2025 and went to pick it up on 5/11/2025. The box was completely destroyed, looked like it had been thrown off the top of the building. We couldn't believe they would expect a customer to take a device that was so mishandled. We refused to take possession of it and a new order was created for another unit. Professional grade tool
This is a step up from the homeowner level pressure washers. It has the power to clean much quicker and more thoroughly then my previous model. After a little research Simpson seems to be the standard for good pressure washers. The CAT pump and the Honda motor combo are the best you can get. The belt drive allows the pump to rotate slower so it will last longer. It has an aluminum chassis so it won't rust. Water blaster blew it
First time I pulled it, the recoil ripped it out of my hands. After 2 pulls, it lived up to its name and blasted water in expert fashion. Used it 5x in 2 weeks maybe, recoil ripped off the pull start handle.... timing and vales or whatever should be set before they ship it i would think. If it is just how this motor rolls, we'll they can have it back... we'll see if lowes will even take it back. 1000$ COME ON!!!!

Great machine
This is the 2nd Simpson pressure washer I purchased the first being 20 yrs. ago. They have always given me the quality and workmanship one requires when do commercial work with their unit. Great unit could have probably purchased a cheaper unit but u get what u pay for with this washer outstanding results with superior quality and makes jobs go quicker and easier as well. I recommend this machine to anyone who needs to get the job done right and fsst!
