Easy to use
The best way to use this device is not to put the pad in the paint pan when you do that you get too much paint on the pad and causes issues when rolling. I have seen a few videos and followed what a few suggest and worked wonders might be a little slower but no more taping!!! Just use a paint brush to apply the paint evenly to the pad this way you can control how much paint is applied to the pad. You might have to make 2 to 3 passes to get paint evenly. Saves so much time!
This little tool made painting all the edges SO much faster. After taping everything, I just want to get all the edges done and this made that task so much easier. I have carpal tunnel, so using the brush to do the edges is a bit harder to do than usual. This was way easy on my wrists, while saving me tons of time!

What a joke
I will give this credit only for the fact it leaves a somewhat straight line however thank goodness I tried it using frog tape along the edge because just as I expected it pulled a tiny glob of paint from the surface and had it not been for the tape it would have ended up on my ceiling. This thing says don't submerge in paint but the only way to get paint in the middle is to plop it into paint on a tray. You have to basically get it covered in paint then brush most of it off so it doesn't glob...

Amazingly messy
I bought this product and the corner painter by Shute and both proved to be the messiest and last effective way to do edging and corners. The color wasn’t even and ran onto the ceiling. The corners either got too much paint or not enough. Maybe it is just my poor painting skills but I don’t understand the good reviews. For me it was a waste of money!

Get the Pro!
A handy tool for a room with simple trim work, but if you have a complicated trim job this tool can slow you down. Go ahead and get the pro, I wish I would have for the handle attachment.

Fantastic Edger
This tool is fantastic for edging. Especially edging between ceiling and wall. Also easily outlines window and door frames. I found it worked best when after applying paint you use a wet wipe to clean paint off edges of tool and tiny rollers. This gives a super clean line.

Don't Buy one... Buy multiple
Whoever decided to put the wheels perpendicular to the paint is a genius. This has made a night and day difference compared to the others out there. I love that it isn't a roller and it's a pad, makes it 100x easier to get it saturated in paint. Works amazingly well to run against the ceiling and other edges. Worth all $3 and then some!

Follow instruction and make sure wheel is clean . This made my job a lot easier and at least 10 times faster .
