Rust-Oleum is good. Lowes rewards stinks.

I have always used Rust-Oleum for all of my spray paint needs. It is a quality product that never disappoints. My only complaint is with Lowe's reward program. In order to redeem rewards, you are forced to download the mobile app. I do not like having to agree to Lowe's having access to my mobile phone to claim a reward. (Read the fine print in the app). If they would allow me to print out the reward from my email, I would be able to claim my reward. Also, the rewards expire in 30 days. T...

Great primer

We bought this to treat farm gates prior to painting with a better sealing paint than the factory finish. Once removing the rust spots we pretreated the gates with this premium primer prior to painting. It covered well and the can sprayed easily until empty.

If you need a rust inhibiter this the product

found this product to coat the oilfield pipes I used for my fence. I them painted the poles to preserve them before placing in the ground to preserve them. for many years to come. It went on quick and easy and required only one coat and the pricing was very reasonable.

How much will it cover?

The spray nozzle puts out a lot paint, and it depends on the surface to be painted whether that is good or bad. I painted an expanded metal table and chair set, the larger can didn’t go any further than the 12 oz can I used before. Had the surface been solid it would have covered more than the 12 oz can by far. Hope that makes sense.

Prime the surface prior to using this spray

I bought 6 cans of the professional high performance enamel to spray paint my 12x5 screen rv gate. Each can should cover 15sf applying 2 thin coats. Well, I used all 6 cans because 2 thin coats did not do the job. I have attached a pic of the previous spray that I used and only needed 3 cans to do the job ( 2 thin coats) It was the high performance industrial type ( not sold in stores or online )

Paint stuck good to our tire planters out front.

Paint covers the old tire planters in my front yard real good. Momma said she didn't like them painted pink no more. She wanted somethang fancy. So I got this galvanized paint. It should protect them old tires better cause they been startin to dry rot a little over the past 12 years.

Good Paint but, Their in the Can is Better

The title says it all. You just can't put a lot of solids in a spray can. Will require several coats to equal in can paint. Or, use in can primer first.
