Good but ideally best with striping machine.
Effective and water resistant. However, need a hand spray version. This was for a small job, so it was not worth it to buy the striping machine. "Marking paint" is handheld but not a good substitute because it doesn't stand up to the rain. I was able to get away with using this paint by hand by holding both "wings" of the nozzle, but fingers tire quickly doing that.
