The Rusoh® Eliminator® re loadable, dry chemical fire extinguisher is truly the first self-service fire extinguisher of its kind. This cartridge-based 5lb unit is rated at 40-B:C and is the first portable, self-service extinguisher to be UL approved and listed by the state of California BML program and meets pan 10 1.2.2. The Rusoh® Eliminator® self-service concept is rooted in creating a fire extinguisher that is more reliable than standard stored pressure units; and is easy to maintain, requiring no third-party service intrusion or costs. Self-service is accomplished by the patented Rusoh® fluffing wheel that can be used at every inspection to keep the dry chemical extinguishing agent in a fluid and ready state. Keeping this dry chemical in a fluid state is one of the primary reasons service is required for traditional extinguishers. The fine particles will naturally compact and become dense, potentially making discharge ineffective and putting you and your business at risk. A cartridge-based, non-pressurized design gives reliability and re usability performance advantages over traditional stored pressure units. No need to check the pressure gauge to see if there was a leak because the unit is not pressurized until you need it. Twist the lock, push the puncture lever and you are ready to knock down incipient fires.

I did some research wondering why the is pricer thannother extinguishers in the market. Seems like the chemicals dont expire and are activated on use. Doent hurt that it isnt half bad to look at. Almoat looks like art. Fortunately ive never had tonuae it and hope i dont so i cant say more about its functijnality.

Absolutely the best fire extinguisher on the market! My son came home one after noon and parked his car. 3 mins later the neighbor was pounding on my front door. He count not even speak all he could do was point to his car, that was on fire! I ran into the garage, grabbed my Eliminator, hit the button to open the garage door to see 8 foot flames shooting out of the engine bay. needless to say i was in extreme panic as the flames were hitting the eave of my house. Owning my own company I discovered a lot of companies coming out saying to my staff "we are here to check your fire extinguishers" , only for us to find out later when billed they were NOT company we normally use. Plus it seemed our new equipment would disappear and old put in its place. These are EASY to use, check and operate, saving us time AND money. I even put this in my home. Never thought this product could be better and then THIS is a game changer. Highly recommend!!!

I saw the Eliminator fire extinguisher at a fire and safety trade show in San Diego couple of years ago. I updated all my fire extinguisher at my Auto repair shop, at my home and in my RV. Not only I feel more safe now if I ever need to use it, I am also saving money on my yearly inspections.

Why was this not done before? Bought these for my company. No more fire companies needed saving me a fortune and no stress at fire inspection time!!! Plus tested this thing out and all around works amazing!!! Everyone should have one. Super easy to use!!
