Great boots!
I bought these boots last year and have worn them for several hikes now. They comfortable and definitely water proof so far. The tread on the bottom makes me feel very secure in my footing, even on slippery leaves and rocks. They seem to be wearing really well, too.

My favorite boot!!
This is my second pair. I had the first pair for five years. Since I live on a half acre lot, there are many outdoor chores year round including lawn maintenance, weed removal, fences to repair and lots of other projects. These are rugged boots that stand up to the test. They are completely waterproof for summertime with watering the lawn, etc. to shoveling snow in the winter. My feet stay dry no matter what. Back to Rocky Boots-No orthotics needed!
I had bought at least four pairs of the Endeavor collection. Then I got side tracked and went to Merrell. After I developed metatarsal issues I bought inserts for the Merrell shoes. Recently my foot was very painful. I grabbed my Rocky boots out of the bottom of my closet and put them on. They were 7W and I wear 7 1/2 W which is why they were not worn. After putting them I sighed with relief even if they were too short. The support in the sole of the shoe does not require special inserts. And...

Great fit
I bought these online on Christmas Day. I wear orthotics in my shoes, but I find out with these boots that I don't have to wear the orthotics in them. These boots fits like a glove and hugs my feet the way a shoe should.
