Installation Tips to ease the 'Confustion'

OK. I read the instructions 10x's over. Too many folks are confused based on the instructions and on-line video. I admit, they are either not correct or lacking information....So: What I did was this to have a very successful installation: 1. I made sure that the screws supplied with the 'backer board' were EACH drilled into an actual 'STUD'. Total of '10' supplied. 2. Double Checked any and all 'measurements'. Checked/Rechecked multiple times. 3. The directions did not contain 'ANY' in...

Would Recommend

These doors arrived with no damage and flawless construction. I immediately took it out and tried to install it alone, but realized I will need help because the alarm must be removed. I highly recommend this type of door for areas in the home to enhance the value. Moreover, it matched the wood floors and looked like they were made for each other. Once they are in place, I will submit another review and photo.

Warning Stop NOT Tempered Glass

Would Not Recommend

I was told it is tempered glass. It’s Not! Read the responses from manufacture in the question area. And they claim glass is tempered. Wrong! But the glass is not. And manufacture finally admitted it to building code inspector. Not stamped per regulations and glass is not marked per code. This caused a loss of money and time. We bought three doors and had them installed based on misinformation and false advertising. Think twice before buying!

We were a bit doubtful about MDF doors, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Extremely easy to install, directions were very good. We ordered two doors to fill a 72” opening which they did - function perfectly, look beautiful. Bought a Iron Age oil bronzed latch for finishing touch and privacy to our master bath. So happy we ordered them.
