Broken glass block
Unfortunately it's always a concern of mine that I am going to be picking up these glass blocks and they will be broken this is the second time within a month I have picked up windows that have been broken I liked it better when the blocks were individually wrapped in boxes with foam I've never had a block broken when they were shipped in this manner In this future when I order blocks from you this is how I would expect it to be packed.

TERRIBLE!!
terrible- both top glass blocks are defective; service for pickup was also terrible- they were snippy when they couldn't find my order, and now I have to drive 4 hours both ways to return this window

latch on window is flimsy.
glass block window is square, dimensionally correct and seems to be well made - however, the latch on the window seems very flimsy. I trust that there is a replacement for this piece.
