This handle doesn’t stick and works great. This is our 3rd attempt for a new handle.

Plastic is cheaper for a reason.
I bought the plastic handle because it was cheaper and it ended up breaking during the install. I bought the metal one and it worked great. If you buy the plastic one be sure to use correct tools and do not over tighten. I would not recommend this for a high use toilet.

Bought a Returned Product
The product was opened and was not usuble without my modifications. It was dumb of me for not paying attention. However, I don’t have a reasonable doubt that what I bought was returned and put back on the shelf without it being checked. That’s bad. Bad customer service.
