Installed window and the track broke after only 2 uses. Went to exchange and the store told me it was an installation problem and I had installed it incorrectly. I do this for a living and know that was not the case, even took video of the issue with the breakage. They wouldn't warranty so had to go to another store to get warranty. Replaced with new window and this time the other side broke. Exchanged for a third window and has worked fine for 2 days so far.

Poor craftsmanship

Sent message to Reliabilt to address poor craftsmanship; they never answered, unable to find their phone number. So decided to post pictures of my special order here at Lowe’s site where it was purchased. The window was sealed shut with silicone and had to pry it open with a bar. To be fair, Lowe’s offered a small discount after I showed them the pictures but my concern was to show the manufacturer the problem so that they would fix the problem.

it was easy to install. i like it very much. me and my husband install it in less than a half hour.

Not square

Purchased 10 windows. All were not squared or had a bow in the center. One of them was broken at the bottom looks from store handling or freight. Another did not close all the way when locked.

Cut Nail Fin Off for a replacement Window

Installed in Midwestern Brick home. Pulled out the old aluminum. Just make sure actual window size fits within your brick, then cut off the nail fin on this new window to install. Secure with a screw high and low on each side, caulk and walk away.

Poor craftsmanship

I purchased 2 of these windows from lowes, to install in a home I am remodeling. I had a contractor come out to install them, they installed one of them and found that it would not stay open because the spring inside was broken, they started to install the other one and noticed that the silicone that was supposed to hold the glass in was all in the track so that it would not open fully. Very disappointing.
