RTIC Outdoors Soft Pack Camo 30 Cans Soft Insulated Insulated drink carrier

Not what expected

I had high hopes this would keep things cold on a recent trip. We had this one & the same size expensive competitor brand with us. The ice packs & frozen water bottles were melted within 18 hrs. While the competitor’s was nearly frozen solid still. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

The zipper is weak , cooler is really good. Keeps everything cold. But the zipper is not strong and it broke off when trying to Open. Is not user friendly.

Ok

Its a cooler. I used it twice. The ice doesnt hold longer than I expected. I wish it had more pockets or outside space.

Great cooler BUT...

Great cooler BUT that zipper and the zipper flap not so good. I use this cooler daily for work and play. My Wife bought the cooler for me because of the long days and needing space for a good amount of food. Within about 2 months of daily use the zipper and flap started to not work well or even well together. The Flap has started to tear and the side where the zipper would make the lid sealed now has a gap of about 2 inches because of the zipper and flap fighting. Great cooler keeps this cold ...

Zipper

Very disappointed with RTIC’s “Ultra-Tough Soft Cooler. ” The zippers broke on two different coolers with normal use. I called for replacement zippers, but they wouldn’t send them or offer a repair. Calling these “Ultra-Tough” is pretty disappointing when the zippers fail and they won’t provide replacement parts. I won’t buy another RTIC cooler.

Not worth the money

After less than a year, the zipper separated from the lid. Previous one I had, the zipper split apart. Don't be fooled by the lower price, these are not worth it.

Yep

I like it. The weak point on this cooler is the zipper. Even if it’s greased regular, the zipper will fail, it’s too fragile.

Zipper is busted

The zippers on these are poorly designed. They require a tremendous amount of tension to close, and consequently, are prone to breaking.
