Door closes nicely and is well insulated.
Product was sturdy and well constucted. Installation was thorough and efficient. Small dent on inside face is only flaw we found. Looks like it was damaged before delivery. We kept it anyway.

It was the only possible temporary option after the order for a 1200 dollar 6 inch steel jamb and steel door with double bore , was ordered wrong and showed up as a single bore. Took over two months to learn of the wrong ordered door that was needed. So it cost about 225 to get this thing to install temporarily so as to acquire the correct door elsewhere. This overall wasn't a good experience. But in learning from failed process, I will never order special doors or windows from Lowe's. Ever

Chesapeake Store very poorly managed
The door was damaged at time of installation and I had to point it out to the installer. The Millwork Manager at the Chesapeake store/Portsmouth Blvd misentered the order into the computer at the time of purchase causing long delays. The Millwork Dept. misentered the 2nd door into the computer when it was delivered to the store and it seems to be lost for the time being. I was told by Lowes Installation Dept that the replacement door would be in Mar 6th and I would be contacted on Mar 7th to ...
